Before processing your first withdrawal, you must submit clear copies or photographs of the following documents: government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP or valid passport showing full name, date of birth, and photograph), proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your full name and current residential address), and a verification selfie (photograph of yourself holding your identification document next to your face). Processing time for KYC verification is typically 1-24 hours. Withdrawals cannot be processed until verification is complete.
